Shipping
All orders are shipped out within 5-7 business days (usually sooner with in stock items). Orders will be shipped via USPS.  You will be able to choose your delivery options at checkout.

Payment
We accept cash, personal checks, and money orders. Additionally through our web site we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. When paying by personal checks and money orders your order will be held until the payment clears. For checks returned for non sufficient funds, there will be a $40 fee payable to JDDesigns.

Returns
We stand behind the quality and workmanship of our pieces and know that you enjoy them for years to come! If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know so that we can work with you to resolve any issues you may have.

Privacy
We respect your privacy! We will never rent, share or sell your name or personal information.

Workmanship
Our jewelry is completely original authentic artisan jewelry—handcrafted and expertly constructed—with precious metals and natural beads. Due to the inherent unique nature of the beads, each piece will vary slightly.

Repairs
Any damaged pieces need to be returned to JDDesigns for inspection. You must ship your damaged piece via a shipping method that offers tracking. Please notify us when you send your piece in for repair. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the damaged piece. If the damage is due to faulty parts, your piece will be repaired free of charge and return shipping. If the damage is due to customer fault, there will be a minimum $20 repair fee which includes shipping.
